Who is it for
Career-moves EU is a hybrid educational and social enterprise that helps and guides people—primarily young people and young adults—in developing the skills needed to make the right choices in their career development. Almost every service is structured like a course.
There is specific attention for gifted and talented individuals in top-level and elite sports and in the arts. But also for highly gifted individuals struggling to find a suitable path.
Career-Moves EU works with motor profiles, also known as motorsignatures, in workshops and courses, which is primarily a non-verbal, physical, and thus a universal approach.
Methodology and diagnostic research
By employing professional research methods and age-friendly approaches, Career-Moves EU aims to distinguish itself from the many conventional methodological approaches in education.
Career-Moves EU has an extensive network, and its name makes it clear that it is a cross-border initiative. Courses can be taught in English and Dutch.

Paul is available for advice and consultancy services. Since 1992, he has been active in academic and career guidance, dual career guidance, and talent guidance. He has been involved in Euregio initiatives, the Highschool -Higher Education connection between Curaçao and the Netherlands, partnerships, national consultations, expert teams, and advisory groups, and has worked for 13 years in career consulting and advisory firms.
He contributes to the international Euroguidance knowledge networks and is committed to intercultural labor markets. He is active in the region and contributes to regional ties, local labor market services, and improvements in the outflow and inflow processes in education.
He has been part of an expert team operating under the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science for nearly two years. Finally, he maintains contacts with local and regional authorities and contributes to strengthening the (EU) regional and provincial labor market. It is an obvious mission and assignment for an experienced consultant in the human resources field to want to strengthen the region.

The word 'career' refers to 'taking steps,' movement, or getting and keeping your career moving. The way one moves reflects one’s personality. Where someone comes from, their career history, and where they are heading constitute one’s career planning. Planning a successful career is not always possible within one’s own region. Studying outside one’s comfort zone and gaining employment experiences in different fields greatly increases one’s market value.
