  • Over 30 years experience as a career expert, school counselor, profiler, teacher, mentor, trainer, coach, project coordinator, consultant and advisor.

  • Majored in "Human behavior in career development" with a focus on study and career guidance, talent identification, talent coaching, and organizational behavior.

    Expertise in behavioral research - profiling successful behavior

  • Expertise in psycho-diagnostics: employing professional tests, questionnaires, and personal profiles to explain and provide insights into (high) giftedness, learning abilities, learning strategies, (optimal) study attitude, and personal value. Central to this is the analysis of motor and typical behavior.


    Societal, International, and Consultancy

  • Specialized in tackling study and career challenges, both at the individual level (personal guidance) and on a societal level (as a connector, networker, and strategic thinker). Years of experience have built a broad network of expertise, and I am regularly involved in addressing socio-economic career issues at local, (EU) regional, and even international levels (Euroguidance, Erasmus+).
